Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please understand that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
First time guests should try to arrive 10 – 15 minutes early in order to fill out a client information card and change into a smock if appropriate. All guests will receive a confirmation call the day before their appointment.
Please remember that this is a courtesy service. You are responsible for remembering and showing up for your own appointment.
We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during services. Please advise us if you have any allergies or sensitivities that we should e aware of. Pets are not allowed in the salon.
Cancellations
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to avoid service charges.
Non Sufficient Fund Check Policy
A minimum or $25.00 will be charged for any returned check.

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Personal checks are accepted with a valid Drivers License and credit card number.
Children in the Salon
Our salon is full of sharp instruments, hot styling tools, and chemicals necessary for hair coloring services. At Duncan Salon we love children, and their safety is of the utmost importance to us. Since it is not possible to for us to supervise children, we ask that you bring your child to our salon only if they are scheduled for an appointment.
